This is a client-facing consulting role — not a routine site-safety position. You will assess client requirements, identify gaps, develop practical solutions, drive implementation, conduct audits and work directly with client management and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead EHS, HSE, Safety, Environmental and ESG assessments for client projects.
- Conduct gap assessments, safety/environmental audits and compliance reviews.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, SOPs, risk assessments, compliance systems and action plans.
- Drive compliance with applicable EHS, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Implement and support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems and audits.
- Conduct HIRA/JSA, site inspections, incident investigation and CAPA activities.
- Support ESG and sustainability initiatives covering energy, water, waste, emissions, environment and social practices.
- Develop and monitor EHS/ESG KPIs, compliance trackers and management reports.
- Conduct EHS/ESG training and awareness programs.
- Prepare professional audit reports, project reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Independently coordinate with client management, site teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in EHS, HSE, Safety, Environment, Sustainability or EHS/ESG Consulting.
- Degree / Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science/Engineering, EHS, Sustainability or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of EHS, occupational safety, environmental compliance and risk management.




- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Hands-on experience in audits, gap assessments, compliance, CAPA and implementation.
- Understanding of ESG, Sustainability, ESG KPIs/reporting and customer ESG requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client assignments.
- Willingness to travel to client/project locations as required.

NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS / DIS or other relevant EHS/Safety certification will be an advantage.

Exposure to BRSR, GHG/Carbon, sustainability reporting or ESG frameworks will be an added advantage.
