Role Description The Educator role at PIXO Learn is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and enhancing the learning experience of students using the platform. In this role, the Educator designs and refines lesson plans and learning activities aligned with PIXO Learn’s curriculum and teaching methodology.

The Educator provides online instruction, guidance, and feedback to learners, helping them improve spoken English, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring learner progress,



analyzing performance data, and adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. The Educator also collaborates with product and content teams to suggest improvements, contributes to training materials for parents and schools, and participates in ongoing career development to stay current with best practices in education and EdTech.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with children or young learners.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, engaging, and outcomes-focused lessons.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Experience with online or remote instruction, digital learning tools, or EdTech platforms is highly beneficial.
- A degree in Education, English, Linguistics, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with phonics, ESL/EFL pedagogy, or communicative language teaching methods is an advantage.
- Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-centric mindset focused on student growth and confidence.
