About Namma Paathashale

Namma Pathashale is an early-stage EdTech platform focused on helping students learn beyond traditional academics through academic learning, practical skills, creativity, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and personal development.

We are looking for motivated students who want hands-on experience working on real education problems while contributing to the development of an EdTech platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Research CBSE and Karnataka State Board curricula
- Map subjects, chapters, concepts and learning outcomes
- Research age-appropriate teaching and learning approaches
- Develop lesson and session structures
- Create activities, assignments, quizzes and question banks
- Support educational content development
- Research practical applications of academic concepts
- Connect academics with life skills and real-world learning
- Review and improve educational content
- Maintain structured research documentation
- Research the Indian education and EdTech market
- Understand parent, student and teacher needs
- Conduct structured interviews and primary research
- Assist in designing and analysing surveys
- Research competitors and comparable education platforms
- Analyse pricing, features and market positioning
- Identify recurring problems and unmet needs
- Develop user segments and personas
- Analyse research data and identify patterns




- Prepare research reports and recommendations
