Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Understand students’ academic and career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Manage the complete admission sales cycle from counselling to conversion.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain a healthy lead pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM.
- Build trust with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selling UG & PG courses is mandatory.
- Experience in EdTech / Online Education / Higher Education sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
