We are looking for:

We are looking for a driven and eager-to-learn Education Counsellor to join our UAE Study Abroad vertical. This role is designed for freshers or candidates with up to 0.6 years of experience who want to build a career in study abroad counselling. You'll be trained on UAE admissions, counselling, and conversion processes from day one, and given real ownership of student journeys early — a rare chance to learn the business hands-on rather than sit on the sidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Support and guide students through the journey from first enquiry to enrollment, under the mentorship of senior counsellors.
- Work towards monthly targets for applications, deposits, and visa approvals as you build confidence in the process.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and follow up consistently to keep students engaged and moving forward.
- Learn and apply UAE course mapping so you can give students clear, accurate recommendations.
- Practice handling common student objections and questions, building the skills to close applications and deposits faster over time.




- Maintain accurate documentation and help ensure SOPs and submissions are timely and error-free.
- Get hands-on with funnel metrics — learn to read the numbers, spot drop-offs, and understand what drives conversions.
- Coordinate with university and partner teams to keep applications moving smoothly.
- Share your observations on lead quality and campaign response as you build a feel for what works.

Your Skills

- Genuine interest in study abroad counselling and helping students make important life decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking to students and parents daily.
- A natural sales orientation and comfort with being measured on outcomes, not just activity.
- Comfortable with numbers — willing to learn reporting and basic funnel analysis.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership quickly, even while still learning the ropes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (any stream); Master's is a plus but not required.
- Prior study abroad or EdTech experience is necessary.
- Any prior internship, part-time, or academic exposure to counselling, sales, or international education is a bonus, not a requirement.

Experience Required

- 0 to 0.6 years of experience — freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
