Frameboxx Ameerpet is hiring an experienced Education Sales Counsellor to manage student enquiries and increase course enrolments. The person should be confident in speaking with students and parents, understanding their career plans and helping them select the right creative course.
What You Will Do:
- Connect with prospective students through phone calls and other enquiry channels.
- Build interest in our Animation, VFX, Gaming, UI/UX and Design programs.
- Schedule counselling appointments and encourage candidates to visit the centre.
- Conduct detailed career discussions with students and their parents.
- Manage each enquiry from the first conversation until registration.
- Turn student visits into confirmed enrolments.
- Work towards monthly business, enrolment and revenue goals.
- Reconnect with undecided prospects and keep the sales pipeline active.
- Update enquiry progress, appointment details and registration information.
- Assist enrolled students with payment schedules and pending fee coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant experience in education sales, student admissions or course counselling.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet assigned business numbers.
- Strong telephone communication and face-to-face presentation skills.
- A proactive person who can manage leads without continuous supervision.
- Good persuasion, relationship-building and decision-closing abilities.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based setting.
- Telugu communication is required.
- Working knowledge of English, Hindi and basic computer applications is preferred.
