Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, explaining suitable courses and programs, handling student enquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested candidates into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads and enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and provide accurate information about courses and career opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and admissions.




- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Build positive and professional relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities when required.
- Stay updated about ELEVEIIM's courses, programs, fees, and admission policies.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in education counselling may also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong lead-conversion and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents over calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with CRM/lead management systems will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Education, Management, Sales, or Marketing will be preferred.
