Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Education Counsellor to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with parents over phone and in-person calls to explain our mental health and child development programs.
- Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.
- Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location : Must be based in Kolkata
.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in phone or in-person counseling , admissions, or educational sales.
- Background: Prior experience or background in education, counseling, or early childhood development (strongly preferred).
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Core Competencies: Robust interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
