Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Edtech Veterans (Closers) role based in Kolkata. The role involves engaging prospective learners and their families, understanding their educational needs, and clearly communicating how Tutopia’s offerings can support their goals.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, handling inquiries, managing follow-up calls or meetings, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process to achieve successful deal closures.



The Closers will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain high standards of professionalism and service.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Sales skills to interact effectively with students and families.
- Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure within sales or edtech environments.
- Familiarity with Escrow or similar transactional processes, ensuring secure and transparent dealings.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a pipeline of leads.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, with flexibility for extended hours when needed.
- Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or counseling roles is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or related fields.
