Role Description The E-Commerce Analyst will manage and analyze online sales operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART . The role involves monitoring sales performance, managing product listings and pricing, optimizing advertisements, tracking inventory and orders, and preparing performance reports.

The candidate will also coordinate with logistics partners, marketplace account managers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer experience and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain product listings, catalog, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor and optimize Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads .




- Track sales, product performance, and marketplace metrics.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Process orders, returns, and shipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and marketplace account managers.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations.
- Ensure marketplace policy compliance and account health.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, pricing, visibility, and conversions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and listing optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and order workflows.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
