Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory details.

The specialist will monitor sales performance, analyze customer behavior and traffic data, and implement strategies to increase conversions and revenue. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for promotions and campaigns, resolving customer queries related to online orders,



and maintaining brand consistency across all online channels. The role also requires regular reporting on key performance metrics and recommending improvements to enhance the overall online shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online marketplaces, drive revenue, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and optimize listings and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and address customer concerns professionally.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail within FMCG/health and wellness sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
