Role Description The Ecommerce Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad, responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products listed on ecommerce platforms. This role includes defining product assortments, optimizing listings, and coordinating pricing, promotions, and catalog updates to maximize sales and profitability. The person in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, design, and sales, to ensure product data accuracy, timely launches, and consistent brand representation.

Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing performance metrics, monitoring competitor activity, and using insights to improve product visibility, conversion, and customer experience.



The role also includes managing projects related to new product introductions, platform integrations, and process improvements, while maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, with experience in managing product lifecycles and ecommerce catalogs.
- Candidates should possess E-Commerce expertise, including platform operations, listing optimization, and basic understanding of online merchandising.

- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Relevant experience in retail, home décor, consumer goods, or similar product-driven industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with ecommerce dashboards, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
