E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow Fitspire’s online sales across marketplaces and D2C channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplace operations, product listings, sales analysis, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, revenue, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.
- Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, offers, and inventory availability.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, customer support, and product-related requirements.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and other catalog information.




- Track marketplace performance and prepare regular reports and MIS.
- Support promotional campaigns and execute strategies to improve online sales.
- Identify and resolve issues related to orders, listings, inventory, and marketplace operations.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.
- Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce sales, revenue, conversion, and inventory metrics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Preferred
- Experience in D2C/FMCG, health & wellness, nutrition, or consumer products.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other D2C platforms.
- Experience with marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
