Role Description The Ecommerce Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end e-commerce projects from planning through execution and optimization. This role coordinates cross-functional teams including marketing, development, design, and sales to deliver high-performing e-commerce experiences for clients. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, managing roadmaps, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with growth and performance goals.

Manager will analyze site performance and campaign data, identify opportunities for conversion rate and revenue improvement, and implement optimization initiatives. The role also includes stakeholder communication, risk management, resource coordination,



and documentation of project requirements, updates, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce knowledge covering platforms, workflows, conversion optimization, and user journey best practices.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explicit written and verbal updates, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and client-facing discussions.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness, including understanding funnels, performance marketing concepts, and revenue-focused strategies.
- Experience managing digital or e-commerce projects in an agency or growth-focused environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
