We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Executive with robust expertise in Marketplace Management and Advertising Campaigns. The candidate will manage our online presence across Amazon, Noon,

Mumzworld, FirstCry, and our Shopify website, ensuring optimized listings,

competitive pricing, effective advertising, and smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities

**1. Marketplace Operations

Manage daily operations across Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, and

Shopify.

Create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, and keywords.

Update and monitor pricing, stock levels, and buy-box competitiveness.

Maintain brand storefronts and A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content).

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order processing, returns, and inventory updates.

****2. Advertising Campaign Management

(Critical Requirement)

Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB,

SD).

Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, negative keywords, and campaign structure planning.

Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to improve performance.

Plan and manage advertising budgets across all marketplaces.

Run promotional campaigns such as Coupons, Deals, Lightning Deals,

Sponsored Brands, etc.

Run paid ads on Noon (if applicable)



and other marketplace ad dashboards.

Analyze ads performance and create weekly/monthly optimization plans.

**3. Content SEO

Develop SEO-rich content for product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.

Coordinate with designers for images, infographics, lifestyle photos, and A+

modules.

Improve listing quality score and organic ranking.

**4. Reporting Analytics

Prepare weekly/monthly sales and ads performance reports.

Track profitability, ACOS, TACOS, consumption rate, and top-performing

SKUs.

Analyze competition, category trends, and pricing performance.

**5. Claims Customer Support

File claims for lost/damaged inventory, overcharges, and TFM/3PL issues.

Manage return cases, customer queries, and feedback ratings.

****6. Shopify Website Management

Update homepage banners, product categories, and inventory.

Create discount codes, offers, and promotions.

Manage Shopify apps for marketing, pop-ups, analytics, etc.
