Role Description The Ecommerce Business Owner at Floriaa will oversee the end-to-end management of the online business, including product listing, pricing, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves managing ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, optimizing product pages, and monitoring sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

The role includes planning and executing online promotions, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Owner will analyze data to identify growth opportunities, manage vendor and logistics relationships, and uphold high standards of customer service and post-sales support.

Qualifications

- Strong ecommerce operations and marketplace management skills, including product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Experience with digital marketing for ecommerce, such as online advertising, social media promotion, and basic SEO for product pages.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue and customer engagement.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor management in a consumer products environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in office in Surat.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG, preferably in personal care or hygiene products, is highly beneficial.
