Role Description The Early Years Programme/Primary Years Programme Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB curriculum standards for early and primary learners. This full-time, on-site role in Raipur includes designing learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills across subjects.

The teacher will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records to support each learner’s holistic development. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum planning, facilitating classroom activities,



integrating play-based and experiential learning, and communicating regularly with families about student growth. The role also involves contributing to school events, participating in professional development, and supporting a positive, inclusive classroom and school culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience working with early years and primary-aged learners.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education practices, ideally aligned with IB or other international curricula.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant degree in Education or a related field; formal teacher training or certification is highly beneficial.
- Experience with student-centered, inquiry-based, and play-based pedagogies in diverse classroom settings.
- Ability to create inclusive, protected, and engaging learning environments that support varied learning styles and needs.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills, with the ability to plan, assess, and document learning effectively.
- Openness to ongoing professional development and collaboration within an IB and global-minded school community.
