We are seeking an E-commerce Platform & CRO Lead to own the development, performance, scalability, and optimization of global eCommerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience managing or owning eCommerce platforms , with solid expertise in CRO, UX, platform architecture, integrations, scalability, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the global eCommerce platform roadmap .
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization and UX improvements .
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and eCommerce performance.
- Lead platform enhancements, integrations, features, and capabilities.
- Align platform decisions with global digital standards and architecture.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Digital teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Support reduction of platform fragmentation and optimize platform costs.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing or owning eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with Magento, Shopify, or equivalent platforms .
- Proven experience in CRO and eCommerce performance improvement .




- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience managing platform roadmaps and technology initiatives.
- Strong customer experience and conversion understanding.
- Strong stakeholder management and business-oriented mindset.

Preferred
- D2C, consumer health, healthcare, or medical-device eCommerce experience.
- Experience consolidating multiple eCommerce sites or platforms.
- CRM, DAM, analytics, or data integration experience.
- Global or multi-brand eCommerce experience.
