What you’ll do

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product fulfilment lifecycle and ensure all orders are dispatched within prescribed timelines.

- Own and maintain MIS and KPIs across fulfilment and logistics.

- Manage Shopify and Logistics portals (Delhivery, Shiprocket etc) to plan dispatch lists on a daily basis.

- Ensure inventory is up to date and provide inputs to ensure inventory levels are adequate to fulfill demand - both current and expected (inventory projection and forecasting)

- Own production planning and optimise in-house production efficiency, TAT, and daily throughput.

- Handle reverse logistics and common exceptions - SKU changes, order cancellations, returns and exchanges, NDRs, RTOs efficiently.

- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolutions, status updates and maintain customer delight.

- Independently raise, track and close operational tickets with logistics, technology and payment partners, including shipment, refund and payment-related exceptions.

- List products and categories on Shopify and manage shopify websites.





- If we choose to add marketplaces later, you should be able to list products, make price changes etc.

What you need to bring

- At least 3-5 years of full time operations experience in D2C / e-commerce setups - preferably in the fashion / apparel domain. Bonus points for prior footwear industry experience.

- Expert level proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, charts and basic automations), Logistics portals (e.g. Delhivery, Shiprocket etc), Shopify, OMS.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Comfortable working with data and ambiguity.

- Clear, structured communication - both written and verbal.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Genuine interest in D2C, consumer brands, and startups.

- Seasoned familiarity with OMS systems like unicommerce.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
