WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE SALES & MARKETPLACE MANAGER – MEN’S WEAR

Are you an experienced fashion e-commerce professional who knows how to turn online platforms into strong sales channels?

We’re looking for someone who can own online sales for Men’s Wear across multiple platforms , manage marketplace performance, and develop strategies that drive revenue, conversion, and business growth .

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing online sales across the brand website and marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, Tata CLiQ Luxury & other platforms

• Developing and executing online sales campaigns, promotions and offers

• Creating strategies to increase online revenue, conversion and sell-through

• Managing online product assortment, visibility and catalogue performance

• Analysing sales, inventory, marketplace and product performance

• Identifying opportunities to improve online sales and profitability

• Planning and executing recent product launches and seasonal campaigns

• Managing EOSS and promotional periods to maximise sales





- Coordinating with marketplace teams and internal stakeholders for smooth execution

• Preparing MIS reports, sales analysis and actionable business insights

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of hands-on experience in Fashion E-commerce/ marketplace Sales/Online Business Management , preferably within Men’s Wear, Premium, or Luxury Fashion .

We are looking for a business-focused professional with proven online sales experience — not a fresher or entry-level fashion candidate.

You should understand marketplace operations, online customer behaviour, sales campaigns, product performance and how to build strategies that deliver measurable growth.
