The role comprises of the following responsibilities:
Post-production support:
- Manage the products and the classifications in the system.
- Test and Validate the system during deployment. Manually validate the different brands categories, technical specifications and other characteristics the products belong to and input the data into the system.
- Provide Strategies to improve and maintain the internal system and the E commerce store.
- Update the UI design to publish sales offers.
- Ability to understand the technical specifications and different types of electronic products
- Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for creating the products and its classifications.
- Managing the Brands, Groups, Categories, Subcategories, Technical Specifications, Attributes, Variants.
- Monitoring the Order Management System.
Responsibilities during Website deployment:
- Product creation and storage.
- Validate the visibility and correct hierarchy of the products being created and stored on the website and internal system.
- Proxy as the user and test the website
