About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our online business across our website and leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, marketplace operations, order management, inventory coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ecommerce &
- Marketplace Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations across the company website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

- Maintain product listings, product information, pricing, images, and inventory availability.

- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure listings remain accurate and updated.

- Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.

1. Order &
- Fulfilment Management

- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and fulfilment.

- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.

- Track cancellations, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.

1. Inventory Management

- Monitor stock levels across ecommerce channels.

- Coordinate with the inventory and supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

- Ensure accurate product and inventory information across all platforms.

- Support inventory planning based on sales trends and marketplace requirements.

1. Sales &
- Performance Tracking

- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly ecommerce sales and key operational KPIs.

- Track metrics such as orders, revenue, conversion rate, average order value, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.

- Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare regular ecommerce performance reports.

1. Promotions &
- Campaign Coordination

- Coordinate with the marketing team for ecommerce promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.

- Ensure promotional pricing, discounts, banners,



and product information are updated accurately.

- Support execution of seasonal and marketplace-specific campaigns.

1. Customer Experience

- Monitor customer feedback, ratings, reviews, returns, and complaints.

- Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve ecommerce-related customer issues.

- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams.

- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth and timely ecommerce operations.

- Follow up on operational issues and ensure closure within defined timelines.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 1-4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Online Sales, or a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra.

- Working knowledge of Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.

- Understanding of order processing, inventory management, returns, cancellations, and fulfilment.

- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to analyse ecommerce data and identify operational issues.

- Customer-focused and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with a consumer brand or D2C business.

- Knowledge of ecommerce analytics and performance reporting.

- Understanding of basic digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and marketplace advertising.

- Familiarity with product information management and catalogue management.

- Solid analytical and organisational skills.
