E-Commerce Manager – UK & Europe

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow Badili’s online business across the UK and European markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing UK/EU marketplaces, particularly Amazon, eBay, Back Market, Shopify, or similar platforms, along with experience in P&L; management, pricing, inventory, sales growth, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Badili’s e-commerce business across UK & European marketplaces.
- Own sales, revenue, margins, and P&L; performance.
- Manage platforms including Amazon UK/EU, eBay, Back Market, Shopify, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, visibility, and conversion.
- Track sales, profitability, inventory, returns, ratings, and customer performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends,



and customer behaviour across UK/EU.
- Build and maintain Excel dashboards and performance reports.
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Refurbishment, and Customer Service teams.
- Identify new marketplace and expansion opportunities across Europe.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer electronics, smartphones, refurbished products, ReCommerce, or retail.
- Proven experience managing UK & European marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Back Market, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing P&L;, pricing, margins, inventory, and sales targets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of UK/EU e-commerce, marketplace fees, VAT, fulfilment, and returns.
- Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
