Salary: ₹22000 to 25000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, product listings, sales performance, inventory coordination, promotions, and overall e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho,india mart,alibaba, and the company website.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and pricing.
- Monitor daily online sales, orders, returns, cancellations and customer issues.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and marketplace visibility.
- Manage marketplace promotions, discounts and campaigns.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
- Analyze sales, revenue, conversion rate and other e-commerce performance metrics.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online advertising and promotions.
- Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.




- Ensure accurate product information and timely order processing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales/performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
- Understanding of product listing SEO and marketplace advertising.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.

Qualification
- Graduate in bca bba , Marketing, Commerce or a related field preferred.
- Relevant e-commerce experience will be given preference.
