E-Commerce Manager Marketplace Operations

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with strong hands-on experience in managing international e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for complete marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, order processing, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Handle complete day-to-day operations across Etsy, eBay, Amazon.com, Walmart, Faire, and other marketplaces.
- Manage marketplace dashboards, account health, policies, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, production, dispatch, and customer requirements.

Product Listing & Optimization
- Create and upload new product listings.
- Optimize titles, keywords, tags, descriptions, attributes, categories, and pricing.
- Improve listing visibility, search ranking, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Conduct regular competitor and keyword research.

Marketplace Advertising
- Create and manage Amazon PPC, Etsy Ads, eBay Promoted Listings, Walmart Ads, and other marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor advertising spend,



ROAS, ACOS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns to increase profitable sales.

Order Processing
- Manage orders from confirmation through processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams.
- Monitor order deadlines, tracking updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Sales Growth & Performance
- Develop strategies to increase marketplace traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Plan discounts, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace offers.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, trends, and new opportunities.

Candidate Requirements Experience: 1-6 years in e-commerce / marketplace management preferred.

Must Have: Robust practical knowledge of Etsy, eBay, Amazon.com, Walmart, and Faire, including marketplace operations, ads, listings, and order processing.

Candidates with experience in home textiles, home dcor, handicrafts, fabrics, fashion, or export-oriented e-commerce businesses will be preferred.
