About Jaison Herbal

Jaison Herbal is a growing skincare and personal care brand offering herbal soaps, shampoos, hair care, and wellness products. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven E-commerce & Social Media Manager to grow our online sales and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and our Shopify/website listings.
- Create and optimize product listings, images, titles, keywords, and descriptions.
- Handle inventory updates, pricing, offers, and order coordination.
- Plan and execute social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create reels, posts, stories, and coordinate product photoshoots.
- Run and monitor Meta ad campaigns with a focus on ROAS and sales.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and online reviews.




- Track weekly performance using sales and social media analytics.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce or social media management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps.
- Solid communication and content writing skills.
- Organized, proactive, and data-driven mindset.

Preferred
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify and marketplace advertising.
