We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager who can own and grow our online business across Amazon, Myntra and our own website.

We need someone who can look at our business, products and numbers and answer:

What should we sell? What should we push? Where should we push it? At what price? What offer or bundle should we create? And how do we grow online revenue profitably?

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

- Own e-commerce sales and growth across Amazon, Myntra & SSI's website
- Build monthly sales plans and identify products/categories to push
- Drive online merchandising, product launches, collections and campaigns
- Plan offers, promotions, bundles and cross-sells
- Manage marketplace listings, content, visibility and promotions
- Improve website conversion rate, AOV and customer journey
- Work closely with marketing, inventory and creative teams to ensure the right products are being pushed at the right time
- Analyse product/channel performance and turn numbers into actions
- Identify slow-moving inventory and create plans to move it
- Track competitors,



pricing, assortment and marketplace trends
- Own marketplace and website performance reports and recommend what we should do next

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 3–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Experience managing Amazon Myntra D2C/e-commerce websites
- Has owned revenue/sales targets, not just marketplace operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, promotions, pricing and conversion
- Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards and product-level data
- Commercially sharp — understands what sells and why
- Strong ownership and execution skills
- Experience with D2C, fashion, sports, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus
