Role: E-Commerce Intern

Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai

Job Type: In-Office Internship (Full Time, 3 Months)

Stipend : ₹5,000 per month

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Intern to support Snackible's ECommerce and Quick-Commerce vertical — the company's largest and fastest-growing business line. The intern will assist the marketplace operations team with purchase order management, data tracking, promotional submissions, and day-to-day platform coordination across quickcommerce and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities :

● Place and manage Purchase Orders (POs) across quick-commerce and marketplace platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and others.

● Analyse daily and monthly sales data to identify trends, gaps, and performance insights across platforms.

● Prepare and submit promotional working sheets on respective portals as per the campaign calendar.

● Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets / Excel trackers with daily sales figures, inventory levels, PO status, and other operational data.

● Assist in catalogue management — ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and content across all marketplaces.





● Support platform hygiene including listings accuracy, stock visibility, and issue resolution.

● Assist with ad-hoc reporting, competitor tracking, and platform-specific tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Core Competencies :

● Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, simple formulas, sorting & filtering) is required.

● High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through skills.

● Excellent time management — ability to prioritise tasks and meet daily deadlines consistently.

● Self-disciplined, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work every day.

● Good communication skills and a team-oriented, team-first attitude.

● Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is a plus but not required.

Additional Requirements :

● Must carry own laptop.

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

● Must be available to work full-time from the office (Saki Naka, Mumbai) for the entire 3 month duration.
