Manage and update product listings across e- commerce platforms and the company website.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images and inventory levels.

Monitor daily orders, coordinate dispatch and track deliveries.

Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds and complaints professionally.

Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and seasonal professionally.

Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and social media promotions.

Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

Work closely with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.

Required -1 to 3 Years Experience in E-Commerce operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
