We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to independently manage our online marketplace operations.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office

Location: LUDHIANA, PUNJAB

Industry Preference: Fashion, apparel or lifestyle products

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller portals such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Meesho and other marketplaces
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords and attributes
- Manage catalogues, variations, size charts, pricing and inventory
- Plan, run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
- Participate in sales events, deals, discounts and promotional campaigns
- Monitor listing quality, catalogue errors, suppressed products and account health
- Coordinate orders, returns, cancellations and customer-related issues
- Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets and payment discrepancies
- Track sales, advertising spend, ROAS, conversion rate and product performance
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with photography, design, warehouse and accounts teams




- Suggest strategies to improve rankings, visibility, sales and profitability

Required Skills

- Proven hands-on experience managing e-commerce seller portals
- Strong knowledge of marketplace listings, promotions and paid advertising
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reports
- Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, conversion rate and other e-commerce metrics
- Ability to handle multiple portals independently
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work full-time from the office

Preferred Candidate

- Experience managing fashion or apparel products
- Familiarity with Flipkart and Myntra seller panels
- Experience handling large catalogues and multiple SKUs
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
