Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Dynatrace Observability Architect with solid hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale Dynatrace observability solutions across hybrid-cloud, cloud-native, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in the Dynatrace platform, AIOps, performance monitoring, RCA, automation, integrations, and observability architecture.

**Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Dynatrace observability solutions.
- Configure and manage Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Grail, DQL, and Davis AI.
- Implement full-stack monitoring for applications, infrastructure, microservices, Kubernetes/AKS, Azure, hybrid-cloud, and on-prem environments.
- Configure logs, metrics, distributed tracing, dashboards, notebooks, alerting, workflows, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain custom Dynatrace extensions, tagging, management zones, and access management.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow/SHARP,



CI/CD pipelines, OpenTelemetry, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Implement AIOps, event correlation, proactive incident detection, RCA, and automated remediation.
- Troubleshoot complex Dynatrace platform and application performance issues and identify root causes.
- Define and implement observability standards, monitoring best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Design scalable monitoring architectures and support application onboarding and Dynatrace migration activities.
- Develop automation and workflows to improve monitoring and incident management.
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams to define monitoring requirements.
- Provide technical governance, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder support.
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct training/knowledge-sharing sessions.**
