As we expand our Microsoft Business Applications practice, we are looking for professionals who want to work on real-world Dynamics 365, Power Platform and CRM projects for growing businesses.

Role Description The Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Trainee role at Systaweb is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The trainee will support the design, configuration, and testing of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in requirements gathering, creating basic forms and workflows, preparing documentation, and helping with troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves collaborating with developers, functional consultants,



and digital teams to integrate business processes and ensure solutions are aligned with client needs. The trainee is expected to actively learn Microsoft technologies, follow best practices, and contribute to project delivery in a structured, mentored environment.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies, preferably including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, or related CRM/ERP platforms.
- Foundational skills in software development or scripting (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript, or similar), plus familiarity with databases and SQL.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, document processes, and translate them into simple functional specifications or workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site setting.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Any exposure to web development, API integration, or digital transformation projects will be considered an advantage.
