E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for marketplace management, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and maintaining overall account performance.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates with relevant e-commerce/marketplace experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and inventory updates.
- Track marketplace performance, sales, and product visibility.
- Maintain regular reports and update account-related data.
- Identify and resolve basic marketplace issues and listing errors.




- Support promotional activities, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
- Ensure products and account information are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates with marketplace/e-commerce experience are preferred for senior responsibilities.
