- Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business processes.

- Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales| Customer Service| Marketing| Finance & Operations| or CRM.

- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.

- Support UAT| training| and deployment activities.

- Technical Responsibilities Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

- Develop plugins| workflows| custom APIs| and integrations.

- Create Power Apps| Power Automate flows| and Dataverse solutions.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs| Azure Functions| Logic Apps| and Service Bus.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
