1. Job Purpose / Role Objective To assist the Dyeing Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring all dyeing operations to ensure timely production, consistent quality, effective resource utilization, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

2. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities a) Assist in planning daily and weekly dyeing schedules as per production requirements.

b) Supervise dyeing operations to ensure processes are executed as per approved recipes and parameters.

c) Coordinate with the Lab, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve process or equipment issues promptly.

d) Monitor the performance of dyeing machines and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

e) Maintain accurate records of batches, dyeing parameters, chemicals, and machine performance for process control and internal/external audits.

f) Support process optimization initiatives for improved productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

g) Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company quality standards in all dyeing activities.

h) Report process deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues to the Dyeing Manager for corrective actions.

i) Participate in training and development activities to stay updated on new dyeing technologies and best practices.

Achievement of daily and monthly dyeing production targets.

b) Percentage of batches dyed Right First Time (RFT).

c) Reduction in re-dyeing or shade correction cases.

d) Machine utilization and downtime percentage.

e) Accuracy and completeness of process documentation.

f) Compliance with safety and environmental standards.

4. Qualifications & Experience a) Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Textile Technology or equivalent qualification.

b) Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in yarn or fabric dyeing operations, preferably in an organized textile manufacturing setup.
