Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-caliber E-commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our E-commerce department's P&L.; In this role, you will act as the custodian for our dedicated brands, lead a high-performing team, optimize existing marketplaces, and aggressively expand our operations into untapped digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- P&L; Ownership: Drive overall profitability and revenue growth for the e-commerce department.
- Brand Custodianship: Maintain brand integrity, positioning, and premium presentation across all digital touchpoints.
- Marketplace Optimization: Scale sales on existing platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) through data-driven strategies.
- Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and launch operations on untapped marketplaces and Quick Commerce avenues.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a dedicated internal e-commerce and digital marketing team.
- Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ROAS optimization, inventory forecasting, and cataloging.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of core experience in E-commerce management
- Track Record:



Proven success in managing multi-crore P&L; accounts and scaling brand revenue.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising consoles, and seller analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analytics, inventory planning, and financial forecasting.
- Leadership: Excellent team-handling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
