- Manage daily spa operations smoothly.
- Supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor appointments, bookings, and staff schedules.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and spa ambience.
- Manage billing, cash, inventory, and daily reports.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and grooming standards.
- Report daily performance and operational issues to management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
