Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dryage Dispatcher to join our client's team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in US logistics/trucking dispatch and should be comfortable coordinating with drivers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and timely movement of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily loads, pickups, and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, carriers, and shippers.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
- Monitor driver locations, appointments, delays, and delivery schedules.
- Handle dispatch-related issues and find quick solutions.
- Maintain accurate shipment and driver records.
- Follow up on pickup and delivery appointments.
- Update dispatch/TMS systems and other required portals.
- Coordinate with customers and resolve service-related queries.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned loads and deliveries.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers and customers.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Dryage / Trucking / US Logistics / Freight Dispatch.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of US trucking and freight operations preferred.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office/TMS or logistics software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Candidates who can work from the office in Mohali are preferred.
