CTC: Based on experience, certification, and interview performance.

Education Qualification: 10th pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred.

Languages Known: English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Skills Needed: Drone flying, UAV operations, DGCA rules awareness, flight planning, GPS navigation, pre-flight inspection, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, photography/videography, data handling, safety compliance, and communication.

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and responsible Drone Pilot to operate UAVs safely and efficiently for Skill Programs, Aerial surveys, inspections, mapping, monitoring, photography, videography, and project-based drone operations. The ideal candidate should have robust technical understanding, safety awareness,



and the ability to follow operational procedures in field conditions.

Requirements:

· Education: 10th pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate with good technical understanding and field coordination skills.

· DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate preferred for commercial drone operations.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in drone flying, UAV operations, aerial mapping, inspection, agriculture spraying, or photography/videography preferred.

· Ability to conduct pre-flight checks, follow flight safety procedures, and handle field operations responsibly.

· Basic knowledge of drone batteries, controllers, GPS systems, cameras, and troubleshooting.

· Willingness to travel for field assignments and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Operate drones safely for assigned projects, surveys, inspections, mapping, monitoring, or media capture.

· Plan flight routes, check weather conditions, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and applicable regulations.

· Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, battery management, and basic drone maintenance.

· Capture, organize, and submit aerial images, videos, and field data as per project requirements.

· Coordinate with project teams, clients, and field staff for smooth execution of drone operations.

· Report technical issues, operational risks, and flight observations to the concerned team.
