Job Title: Architectural Draftswoman

Sevvi Construction is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftswoman to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings and coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop approval, construction, and as-built drawings.
- Create detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Revise drawings according to project and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
- Prepare area statements, schedules, and drawing documentation.
- Maintain proper drawing records and ensure timely submission.
- Visit project sites when required to verify measurements and execution.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.




- Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modelling software is an advantage.
- Ability to understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to complete drawings within project deadlines.

Qualification Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or a related field.

Experience

Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
