Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Dotnet Developer at Zaptas Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The Dotnet

Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications for web, desktop, and cloud environments, ensuring high performance and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, reviewing and optimizing existing code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, designers, and QA engineers. The role involves integrating APIs and databases, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Developer is expected to follow best practices in security, performance, and documentation, while staying current with evolving .NET frameworks and related technologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), and object-oriented programming.

- Candidates should possess solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including writing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.

- Candidates should possess skills in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern libraries or frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or similar) is beneficial.

- Candidates should possess experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of software design patterns, RESTful API development, and secure coding practices.

- Candidates should possess solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, team-oriented environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred; prior experience as a .NET or software developer in IT services or product development is an advantage.
