Experience Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on SaaS or enterprise application development.

Comfortable shipping features end-to-end and learning fast in a new codebase.

Backend

Solid proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Experience with Entity Framework and relational databases (SQL Server / Postgres), including writing efficient queries; exposure to CQRS.

Exposure to NoSQL stores (Redis, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB, or similar).

Exposure to multi-tenant patterns and event-driven integration (queues/events, cross-cutting concerns) — or solid fundamentals and the appetite to go deep here.

Awareness of frontend-data aggregation patterns (Backend-for-Frontend, API Gateway) and when each is used.

Frontend

Angular 16+ experience preferred; other modern front-end frameworks acceptable.

Working knowledge of RxJS and reactive forms; able to build data grids, forms, and interactive components.

Engineering Practices

Solid troubleshooting and debugging; mindful of performance.





Writes unit and integration tests as a matter of habit; willing to learn performance/load testing.

Comfortable in a Shift Left environment with no QA — you own the quality of what you ship.

Self-driven, takes ownership of tasks, collaborates well, communicates clearly in English.

AI & Modern Development

Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).

Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, RAG) a plus.

Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Bonus Points

Exposure to DDD, CQRS, or event-driven patterns.

JSON/config-driven dynamic UI generation.

AWS, Datadog/CloudWatch, GraphQL.

Experience building something new from scratch.

Integration E2E testing using tools like SmartBear TestComplete and Playwright.

Exposure to agentic AI coding workflows — using AI tools to plan and implement, not just autocomplete.
