- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using .NET technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, C#, WPF, WinForms, WCF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, status updates, and issue tracking tools like Trello or Jira.
- Develop technical roadmaps for projects and prioritize tasks based on business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Core, Database SQL Server.
- Robust understanding of REST API services, SignalR/MQTT messaging queues for real-time communication between clients/servers.
- Excellent team leading skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
