About the Role

VMS &

- MSP Handling: Use systems like Fieldglass, Beeline, or Coupa to receive, manage, and track job requisitions.

Responsibilities

- Client &
- Vendor Management: Communicate daily with MSP program managers and client hiring teams.

- Sourcing &

- Screening: Find candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and internal databases.

- Submission &

- Interview Coordination: Shortlist profiles, match them to VMS requirements, and schedule interviews.

- Compliance &

- Data Entry: Update candidate statuses in the VMS portal accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of domestic recruitment experience, ideally in an RPO environment.

- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with VMS tools and MSP environments.

- Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills for client interaction.

- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple fast-moving job reqs at the same time.

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
