Job Title: Domestic Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for various positions across different industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment database/ATS.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and potential candidates.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closures within the given timelines.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to source candidates using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools.

Qualification
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced recruiters with domestic recruitment experience will be preferred.
