Role Description The Domain Lead will own end-to-end responsibility for a specific business or technical domain, ensuring that Zenalyst.AI’s autonomous workforce delivers accurate, relevant, and high-impact outcomes. This full-time, in office role is based in Bengaluru South and involves close collaboration with product, engineering, data, and customer-facing teams.

Day-to-day tasks include defining domain requirements, designing workflows, validating data models, and translating complex business needs into clear AI-driven solutions.

The Domain

Lead will review system outputs, refine decision rules, prioritize improvements,



and support implementations and pilots with key customers. The role also includes documenting domain knowledge, mentoring team members, and contributing to the roadmap to enhance domain coverage and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong domain expertise in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, banking, or financial operations) and the ability to translate business processes into structured requirements.
- Experience with data analysis, scenario planning, or decision modeling, including comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and business performance metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams, including skills in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven skills in documentation, process mapping, and structured problem-solving, with attention to detail and quality in outputs.
- Prior experience in AI, analytics, workflow automation, or decision-support systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, data science, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive approach, ownership mindset, and willingness to iterate and learn.
