Position: Customer Support Executive Domestic Hindi Voice Process

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Hindi Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle customer calls, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi and English.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout customer interactions.
- Record customer details and call-related information accurately in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements

- Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- English communication skills are preferred.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts, if required.

Experience Freshers / 01 years of experience in customer support, BPO, telecalling, or voice processes.
