Role Description The Diversity and Inclusion Program Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The coordinator will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of DEI programs, including workshops, training sessions, and women’s leadership initiatives for client organizations.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, managing schedules and communications, preparing training materials, and tracking participation and feedback. The role involves collaborating with trainers and clients to customize content,
maintain program documentation, and generate reports and insights on program outcomes. The coordinator will also assist with outreach, maintain databases, and contribute to continuous improvement of DEI offerings to ensure impact and alignment with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong program coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and managing logistics for multiple DEI initiatives.
- Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational development, or HR, with understanding of inclusive workplace practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear materials, emails, and presentations.
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients, demonstrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.
- Comfort with data tracking and basic analysis to monitor program metrics, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, video conferencing platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human resources, psychology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience supporting training, workshops, or learning and development programs is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to DEI, gender equity, and creating psychologically safe, inclusive environments.
