About the RoleWe are looking for a Consultant Doctor – Cancer Care who is clinically responsible, compassionate and highly patient-centric.
This is an opportunity for a doctor to become part of a specialized cancer-care organization, working closely with patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
The role involves patient consultation, clinical assessment, medical-report interpretation, treatment management, patient counselling, treatment monitoring and follow-up care.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical fundamentals, excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term trust with patients.
Key Responsibilities1.
Patient
Consultation & Clinical Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive consultations for cancer patients.
- Review patient history, previous treatment records and current clinical condition.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory reports, diagnostic investigations, imaging and other medical records.
- Conduct appropriate clinical assessments and document findings accurately.
- Understand individual patient requirements and develop appropriate treatment plans within established CHC protocols.
- Identify changes in patient condition and escalate cases to senior clinicians whenever required.
2. Treatment Management
- Manage patients in accordance with Cancer Healer Center's established clinical protocols.
- Administer prescribed Cancer Healer Therapy / immunotherapy-based approaches as applicable to the treatment plan.
- Monitor patient response and treatment tolerance.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation throughout treatment.
- Coordinate with senior doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
3. Patient Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Conduct scheduled follow-up consultations.
- Track patient progress throughout the treatment journey.
- Review investigation reports and clinical developments.
- Monitor treatment response and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team.
- Ensure continuity and consistency of patient care.
4. Patient & Family CounsellingThis will be a critical part of the role.
- Establish trust and strong professional relationships with patients and their families.
- Explain the treatment journey in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Address patient concerns and provide appropriate clinical guidance.
- Educate patients regarding treatment adherence, follow-up requirements and lifestyle considerations.
- Help patients and families navigate their treatment journey with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain a compassionate approach while dealing with patients facing emotionally challenging circumstances.
5. Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Document consultations, assessments, treatment plans and follow-ups.
- Ensure all relevant clinical information is recorded systematically.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Follow CHC's clinical documentation and reporting standards.
6. Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical discussions and case reviews.
- Coordinate patient care across relevant teams.
- Escalate clinically significant cases appropriately.
- Contribute to a collaborative and qualified clinical environment.
7. Clinical Quality & Continuous Learning
- Follow CHC clinical protocols and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Stay updated with developments in cancer care and relevant treatment approaches.
- Participate in internal clinical training and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Continuously improve clinical knowledge, patient communication and care-delivery capabilities.

EligibilityEducational Qualification
- BHMS – Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery, or
- BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Experience
- Freshers with strong clinical aptitude and excellent communication skills may be considered.
- Experience in oncology, cancer care, patient management or a related clinical environment will be preferred.
- Experience in patient counselling and long-term patient management will be an advantage.

- Valid registration/practice license as applicable to the candidate's professional council and state requirements.
