- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team.
- Generate business through the team and expand the distribution network.
- Monitor team performance and support them in achieving targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- No sales — the primary focus is team building and business development.
